China has slammed Israel’s recent attacks on Iran, calling them brutal and a clear violation of international law. Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressed serious concern over the rising tensions, warning that the strikes could destabilize the entire Middle East.
In phone calls with both Iranian and Israeli officials, Wang Yi urged restraint and emphasized that diplomacy is still possible to resolve nuclear disputes. “Force cannot bring lasting peace,” he stated, urging both nations to return to talks.

China reaffirmed its support for Iran’s sovereignty and condemned the Israeli strikes on nuclear facilities, saying such actions set a dangerous precedent. Wang Yi stressed that the international community must act to prevent further bloodshed.
