Six members of a single family were killed in a shooting incident at their home in the Khatko Pul area of Peshawar, while a woman was injured, police reported on Monday.
Among the deceased, three were women. The injured woman was quickly taken to Lady Reading Hospital for treatment.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the two families involved were neighbors, and the attack was a retaliation following accusations that the deceased family had killed a woman from the opposing family.
Authorities confirmed that the suspects fled the scene, and law enforcement has launched operations to capture them.
