Lahore Police have apprehended a father and son responsible for a series of purse-snatching incidents that targeted women in the Islampura area and nearby localities.
Identified as Sheraz and his son Tayyab, the suspects were captured after police reviewed CCTV footage that clearly showed them committing the crimes. The video evidence played a key role in tracking down and arresting the duo.

Authorities recovered several stolen items from their possession, including women’s purses, mobile phones, and a motorcycle allegedly used during the snatchings.
Police officials confirmed that further investigations are ongoing to determine if the pair is linked to additional criminal activities in other parts of the city.
