Sindh Police have suspended Lady Sub-Inspector Benazir Jamali due to her suspected involvement with drug dealers and smugglers.
Jamali, who served as the head of the CIA District Dadu in the Hyderabad Range, came under scrutiny as the provincial authorities intensified their crackdown on corruption within the police force.

A notification from the Sindh Police Department confirmed her suspension and reassignment to “B Company” at the PHQ Garden in Karachi’s South Zone.
Despite the suspension, she will still receive her full salary and allowances as per the new regulations for suspended officers.
Investigations into the allegations are ongoing, with further updates expected.
