Federal Investigation Agency has announced 34 new vacancies for eligible candidates across Pakistan.
The recruitment process is being conducted through the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).
The available vacancies include 12 Assistant Director (Legal) BS-17 posts and 22 Superintendent BS-16 posts.
Interested candidates must submit online applications by August 31, 2026.
FIA Assistant Director Legal Jobs
The FIA has announced 12 vacancies for Assistant Director (Legal) at the BS-17 level.
Applicants must hold a Second Class or Grade C LLB degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Candidates must also have at least two years of relevant post-qualification experience.
The required experience can include legal practice, prosecution or another relevant legal field.
The basic age limit for these positions is between 22 and 30 years.
However, FPSC allows five years of general upper-age relaxation under applicable recruitment rules.
The vacancies include regional quotas for candidates from different parts of Pakistan.
These include Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Ex-FATA.
Seats are also available under applicable women and minority quotas.
FIA Superintendent BS-16 Jobs
The recruitment drive also includes 22 Superintendent positions at the BS-16 level.
Applicants can qualify with a Second Class or Grade C Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
The qualification must represent 16 years of education.
Candidates holding a Second Class or Grade C Bachelor’s degree may also apply under certain conditions.
Their Bachelor’s degree must represent at least 14 years of education.
Such applicants must also have two years of post-qualification experience in accounts or administration.

Applications must be submitted online through the commission’s official portal.
Manual applications and hard copies will not be accepted for these vacancies.
The application fee for both BS-16 and BS-17 positions is Rs. 600.
Applicants must first generate a PSID through the online application system.
The fee can then be paid through supported 1-Link payment channels.
These payment methods include ATMs, mobile banking, Easypaisa and JazzCash.
Candidates should complete the payment process according to the instructions provided during the online application.
Application Deadline
The deadline to apply for these FIA vacancies is August 31, 2026.
Candidates already employed in government departments must obtain a Departmental Permission Certificate before applying.
