According to a media report, the operation took place at a residential building in the federal capital. Police initially received a complaint about the alleged sale of alcohol at the premises.
Officers searched the building after receiving the complaint. During the initial inspection, they reportedly recovered a large quantity of beer and other alcoholic beverages.
Police then continued searching different areas of the building. During the operation, officers reportedly discovered several studios inside the premises.
According to police, the studios were allegedly being used to produce Adult video content. Authorities further claimed that the activity had continued for around six months.
The operation reportedly led to the detention of hundreds of foreign nationals. More than 500 people from different countries were allegedly present inside the building.

The large number of detainees created logistical challenges for authorities. Police reportedly converted the building into a temporary sub-jail to accommodate those taken into custody.
Among the 284 detained foreign nationals were 60 women. Police also said several key suspects allegedly linked to the activities managed to escape during the raid.
The authorities are now continuing their investigation into the activities allegedly taking place at the building. Investigators are expected to examine the premises, available evidence, and the roles of individuals connected with the case.
The detained Chinese nationals have also approached a court regarding the proceedings. They are being represented by lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior has taken action concerning the immigration status of the detained foreign nationals. The ministry has reportedly cancelled the visas of all 284 detainees.
According to the information provided, the detained foreign nationals have received exit permits. These permits are reportedly valid for 12 days.
Authorities are continuing legal proceedings related to the detainees and the activities allegedly conducted inside the building.
The case has drawn attention because the premises were reportedly located in a residential building. Police are now examining how the alleged Adult video production operation continued for several months.
Officials have not yet provided a complete account of the investigation. Further details are expected as authorities continue examining the evidence and questioning those detained.
The raid also highlights the wider enforcement challenges faced by authorities when dealing with alleged illegal activities involving foreign nationals.
The investigation remains ongoing, and any further legal action will depend on evidence collected during the operation. Authorities are expected to provide additional updates as proceedings continue.
