Pakistan Navy has opened registration for PN Cadet Permanent Commission Term 2027-A.

The latest recruitment offers opportunities in the Engineering, Operations and Supply branches.

Online registration started on September 13, 2026. The last date to submit an application is October 11, 2026.

Eligible male Pakistani citizens can apply under the announced criteria.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to begin their career as a Pakistan Navy Officer after completing the required selection and training.

PN Cadet 2027-A Registration Details

The recruitment drive is open for civilian and serving armed forces candidates.

The Navy will calculate applicants’ ages as of May 15, 2027. Civilian applicants must be unmarried and between 16½ and 21 years old.

Serving candidates must be between 17 and 23 years old. They must currently serve in the armed forces in uniform.

Serving applicants may be married or unmarried. The minimum required height for all candidates is 5 feet 4 inches.

Educational Requirements for Engineering Branches

Engineering applicants must have passed Matric and FSc, or equivalent O/A Levels. Candidates need at least 60% marks in the required qualifications.

They must have studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry at the intermediate level. Applicants with O/A-Level qualifications must also provide an IBCC equivalence certificate.

Requirements for Operations and Supply Branches

Operations and Supply applicants also need at least 60% marks in Matric and FSc or equivalent qualifications.

Eligible subject combinations include Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. Candidates with Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science can also apply.

Physics, Mathematics and Statistics is another accepted combination.

These academic requirements form an important part of the selection process for becoming a Pakistan Navy Officer.

Pre-Medical Students Can Also Apply

Pre-medical students are also eligible under a specific condition. They must complete additional Mathematics in FSc or A-Level studies before March 15, 2027.

This requirement must be completed within the deadline announced by the Navy.

Students Awaiting FSc Results

Students awaiting their final FSc results can also submit applications.

They must have secured at least 65% marks in FSc Part I. Such applicants need a hope certificate issued by the head of their college or institute.

They must complete FSc, HSSC or an equivalent qualification before May 15, 2027. Candidates must eventually secure at least 60% marks in their final examination.

Failure to meet this requirement can result in disqualification or discharge during training.

How to Apply for PN Cadet 2027-A

Candidates can register online between September 13 and October 11, 2026.

Applications can be submitted through the Pakistan Navy PN Cadet registration portal.

Applicants should carefully review their age, education and other eligibility requirements before registration.

O/A-Level applicants should also arrange their required IBCC equivalence documentation.

The PN Cadet Permanent Commission provides eligible candidates with a route toward becoming a Pakistan Navy Officer.
