The judge has also instructed the relevant police officers to submit a challan of the case before the court. The accused women were registered under various sections, including 7ATA, by the Sarwar Road police.

Previously, Khadija Shah’s judicial remand had been extended for 14 days in a separate case related to setting ablaze Askari Towers and causing chaos following Imran Khan’s arrest. The accused had been produced before the court after the expiration of her initial judicial remand. The ATC judge further extended her remand and requested the police to submit a challan.

Additionally, Khadija and others face similar charges in a case registered by Gulberg police. During previous proceedings, the judge had denied the Investigation Officer’s request for further physical remand and had sent Khadija to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
