The Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry conditions across much of Balochistan.
In Quetta, temperatures peaked at 37ยฐC, while Kalat experienced a high of 34ยฐC. Ziarat recorded a maximum of 28ยฐC, and Zhob saw temperatures rise to 39ยฐC.

Sibi remained among the hottest regions, with the thermometer reaching 47ยฐC, closely followed by Turbat at 48ยฐC. Nokundi recorded 46ยฐC, and Chaman reached 39ยฐC.
Coastal areas also felt the intense heat, with Gwadar hitting 41ยฐC and Jiwani recording 37ยฐC.
The Meteorological Office has urged locals to take appropriate measures to protect themselves from the dangers of the ongoing heatwave.
