Renowned Islamic Scholar Mufti Abdul Qayyum Hazarvi Passes Away

Renowned Pakistani religious scholar Mufti Abdul Qayyum Khan Hazarvi has passes away, leaving behind a lasting legacy in Islamic education and jurisprudence. His death has saddened religious scholars, students, and followers across Pakistan and abroad.

Mufti Abdul Qayyum Hazarvi served as the head of the Fatwa Department at Minhaj-ul-Quran. He was widely respected for his decades of service to Islamic learning and academic research.

His funeral prayer is scheduled to take place after Maghrib prayers at the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran. The funeral will be led by the Chairman of the Supreme Council, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri.

Following his demise, Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri expressed deep sorrow. He described Mufti Hazarvi as an accomplished Islamic jurist, respected scholar, and devoted servant of Islam.

He said that Mufti Abdul Qayyum Hazarvi spent his life serving religion, education, and society. His efforts will continue to inspire future generations.
