The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced updated office timings for its registration centres nationwide. The changes aim to streamline services and make them more convenient for citizens.
Five-Day Week Centres
NADRA offices operating five days a week will remain open from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. On Fridays, office timings will be shorter, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Six-Day Week Centres
Centres working six days a week will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and Saturday. Friday hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. These office timings ensure citizens can access services even on weekends.
Double-Shift Offices
For centres running double shifts, the morning shift will operate Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The evening shift runs Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Fridays operating from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Mega Centres
Mega Centres have three shifts:
- Morning shift: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Evening shift: Monday to Thursday and Saturday-Sunday, 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Fridays, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Night shift: Monday to Sunday, 9:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
Officials said these office timings have been set to ensure smoother service delivery, reduce crowding, and accommodate citizensโ work schedules. They urged visitors to check local centres for any additional updates.
The revised schedule applies to all NADRA registration centres, including mega centres, ensuring citizens can access identity card services, certificates, and other important documentation efficiently.
NADRA continues to focus on improving accessibility and reducing wait times, emphasizing that adherence to the announced office timings will help manage queues effectively.
Citizens are encouraged to plan visits according to the specific shifts to avoid inconvenience, particularly on Fridays and weekends when hours are adjusted.
