Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has announced a new recruitment drive for Airmen Jobs 2026. Eligible Pakistani male candidates can now apply online for various technical and non-technical trades.
According to the official schedule, online registration has started on July 6, 2026, and will continue until July 19, 2026. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official PAF recruitment website.
The recruitment includes several career opportunities in different branches. Available trades are Aerotech, Aerosupport, PF & DI, Security, MTD, Fire Fighter, Medical Assistant, and Music.
The PAF is inviting unmarried Pakistani males who meet the required educational, physical, and age criteria for their preferred trade.
For the Aerotech trade, applicants must be between 15½ and 19 years of age. Candidates applying for Aerosupport should be between 17 and 20 years old.
Both Aerotech and Aerosupport applicants must have completed matriculation with science subjects. They also need at least 65% marks, including the required marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
Candidates applying for the PF & DI branch must be 16½ to 21 years old. They must have a minimum height of 178 centimeters and normal 6/6 eyesight without glasses.
The Security trade requires applicants to be 17½ to 21 years old with a minimum height of 175 centimeters.
Separate age requirements also apply to the MTD and Fire Fighter categories. Applicants holding valid LTV or HTV driving licences may receive additional consideration where applicable.
The Medical Assistant trade has higher academic requirements. Candidates must have at least 70% marks in matriculation with science and biology subjects.
For the Music trade, applicants with matriculation in either science or arts with at least a second division are eligible to apply.
The Pakistan Air Force has also announced special relaxation for candidates from underdeveloped areas. Applicants from former FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Balochistan will benefit from reduced requirements for overall matriculation and English marks.
The selection process includes intelligence tests and computer-based written examinations. The written tests cover English, Physics, and Mathematics, depending on the trade.
Candidates must also pass physical fitness tests. These include a one-mile run in eight minutes, 15 push-ups in two minutes, 20 sit-ups in two minutes, and three chin-ups in two minutes.
Successful candidates will receive several benefits during their service. These include free accommodation, meals, medical treatment, and various financial allowances. The PAF also offers retirement benefits, educational support for children, and subsidised travel facilities for Hajj.
Applicants appearing for the recruitment tests must bring their original educational documents, Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC), computerized national identity card or Form-B, and recent passport-size photographs.
To assist candidates, PAF Information and Selection Centres in major cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Quetta, will provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
