Pakistan and Nigeria have agreed to expand their aviation cooperation.

On Saturday, a four-member team led by Hadi Sirika, Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, met with Federal Minister of Commerce Syed Naveed Qamar to examine ways to boost bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Both sides discussed boosting people-to-people interaction, encouraging cultural exchanges, and improving tourism and commercial cooperation between Pakistan and Nigeria at the meeting.

They recognised the significance of strengthening ties in these areas in order to develop mutual understanding and build the link between the two countries.

The aviation industry was a major topic of conversation, with both parties emphasising the need of joint ventures and collaborations in this sector.

They recognised the potential for enhanced aviation connection and cooperation, which would contribute to improved commerce and economic growth between the two countries.

Qamar promised the dignitaries of the government’s full cooperation in developing bilateral trade in accordance with Pakistan’s Look Africa Policy.
