These areas are deemed highly sensitive due to their proximity to military and residential zones. Although the downed drones in Rawalpindi did not cause fatalities, one civilian was seriously injured and taken to the hospital, according to a reliable source.

Elsewhere in the country, drone attacks had more severe consequences. In Miano, Sindh, one civilian lost their life and another was wounded.

Near Lahore, a drone was able to partially strike a military site before being neutralized, resulting in injuries to four Pakistan Army personnel and minor damage to equipment.
