Eid-ul-Fitr is being joyfully observed across Pakistan with religious devotion, as mosques and Eidgahs in various cities hosted large congregational prayers. Worshippers gathered to offer prayers, seeking unity for the Muslim Ummah and blessings for Pakistan’s peace, prosperity, and development.
Following the prayers, people embraced one another, exchanged warm Eid greetings, and set aside past differences in a spirit of harmony.

In Islamabad, the main Eid congregation was held at Faisal Mosque, while Lahore’s Badshahi Mosque and Karachi’s Polo Ground saw significant gatherings. These events were attended by key government officials, political leaders, and prominent social figures.
Eid prayers were also offered at Sindh Governor House, where Governor Kamran Tessori, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Farooq Sattar, and other notable personalities participated. Karachi’s Polo Ground hosted another major gathering, attended by the city’s mayor and various political and social dignitaries.
More than 4,000 Eid prayer gatherings took place across Karachi, uniting hundreds of thousands in worship. Similar grand congregations were held in Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mardan, Sibi, Murree, Gilgit, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Jhang, and other cities, where millions joined in the celebrations.
After performing Eid prayers, many visited graveyards to offer prayers and recite Fatiha for their departed loved ones.
