Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul held a passing-out parade for cadets who completed their military training. The ceremony marked the end of an important stage in their training before they begin their careers in the armed forces.

Cadets from different training courses took part in the parade. Their marching and coordinated movements showed the discipline and skills they developed during their time at the academy.

General Syed Aamir Raza, Commander National Strategic Command, attended the ceremony as the chief guest. He inspected the parade and received a salute from the graduating cadets.

The ceremony included cadets from four courses: the 154th PMA Long Course, the 39th Technical Graduate Course, the 73rd Integrated Course, and the 28th Lady Cadet Course.

These cadets completed training designed to prepare them for their duties as military officers. Their training focused on discipline, leadership, and the skills needed to serve in the armed forces.

Cadets from friendly countries, including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, also took part in the graduation ceremony. Their presence showed the academy’s role in providing military training to personnel from other countries.

During the event, General Aamir Raza presented medals and awards to cadets who performed well during their training. The awards recognised their hard work, discipline, and achievements at the academy.

Parents, family members, ambassadors, and senior military officers also attended the ceremony. For the families, the parade was an opportunity to celebrate the cadets’ achievements and the completion of their training.

Addressing the gathering, General Aamir Raza spoke about Pakistan’s defence and the readiness of its armed forces. He said that cross-border infiltration would not be tolerated.

He also stressed that Pakistan’s preference for peace should not be seen as a sign of weakness. He warned that any aggression against the country would receive a strong response.

The ceremony highlighted the Pakistan Military Academy’s role in training future military officers. Its courses aim to develop discipline, leadership, and professional skills among cadets.

For the graduating officers, completing their training marks the beginning of a new stage in their careers. They will now prepare to take on responsibilities within their respective military services.
