Pakistan Railways has announced a special Eidul Azha 2025 offer, providing significant relief to passengers by slashing train fares by 20% during the three days of Eid.
As per a statement from the Railways Headquarters in Lahore, this fare reduction will apply to all classes and trains operated by Pakistan Railways on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of Eid. However, the discount is valid only for current bookings and does not extend to Eid special trains.

The fare cut follows directives from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Federal Minister for Railways as part of the government’s efforts to ease travel during the holiday.
The federal government has declared a four-day public holiday from June 6 to June 9, 2025, in celebration of Eidul Azha. Eid will be observed nationwide on June 7, according to an earlier announcement by the Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee.
