Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye have released a special anthem following the signing of their joint defence agreement.
The anthem focuses on unity, faith and the three countries’ commitment to collective security.
Its message highlights the religious bonds shared by the three nations. These include belief in one God and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
It also refers to the Holy Quran, the declaration of faith and one Qibla as symbols of their shared identity.
The anthem was released after Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye signed the Defence Pact.
Under the agreement, an attack against any one of the three countries will be considered an attack against all.
Leaders Meet in Saudi Arabia
According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Saudi Arabia.
The visit took place at the invitation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman welcomed the two leaders during their visit.
The meeting brought together the leadership of the three countries as they moved forward with their defence cooperation.
The agreement places collective security at the centre of their partnership.
