PM Alleges Indian-Backed ‘Fitnat-ul-Hind’ Responsible for Khuzdar School Bus Attack

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif accused the Indian-supported terrorist group Fitnat-ul-Hind of orchestrating the recent attack on a school bus in Khuzdar, Balochistan.

Following the incident, PM Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Gen Syed Asim Munir made an urgent trip to Quetta, where they visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) to meet with the injured children and other victims of the attack.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti and the Quetta Corps Commander provided detailed briefings to the prime minister and Gen Asim Munir regarding the brutal assault. Alongside federal ministers, the leadership expressed profound grief over the loss of innocent lives.

During his visit, the prime minister chaired a high-level security meeting to assess the situation in the province and reaffirm the government’s firm commitment to eradicating terrorism. The gathering emphasized the importance of taking strong and effective measures against all terrorist organizations operating in the region.

Shehbaz Sharif denounced the attack as a “shameful act” carried out by terrorists sponsored by India, insisting that such acts would not weaken the resolve of the nation. “The malicious intentions of these terrorists will never succeed. The Pakistani people stand united with their armed forces and security agencies on all fronts,” he declared.

He condemned the targeting of innocent children, describing it as a sign of the moral decay of those responsible, particularly pointing to India’s involvement. “India’s targeting of children represents a new low in its aggressive campaign,” the prime minister stated.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s dedication to peace and stability, Shehbaz Sharif vowed to expose India’s harmful activities to the global community. “We will ensure that these terrorists and their supporters are held accountable,” he asserted.

He also noted that terrorist groups acting as proxies for India often manipulate ethnic divisions to fuel unrest. “These militants dishonor the honorable traditions of the Baloch and Pashtun peoples,” the prime minister added.
