The crackdown covers all vehicles. Motorcycles, private cars, and commercial transport are all included. Speed guns are being used to check how fast vehicles go. Safe City cameras also monitor roads to find violators.

DIG Traffic Muhammad Waqas Nazir spoke about road safety. He said over-speeding endangers both drivers and others. He praised the use of speed detection cameras. He noted these devices help lower accident risks.

He added: “Our top priority is to make travel easier and safer. Traffic Police is taking all measures to protect human lives.” The statement underlines Punjab’s commitment to road safety.
