RDA crackdown

On the orders of Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) is cracking down on illegal housing schemes.

In accordance with the law, the RDA has issued strict orders to take action against such schemes.

According to an RDA spokesman, the authority has filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the owners of the illegal housing scheme known as Rose Valley.

The RDA’s Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate issued a notice to the owners who were deceiving the public on social media by falsely claiming that the society was approved. The FIR also names the owners as Zafar Mushtaq, Sharjeel Ahmad, and Haris Iftikhar.
