Saheefa Jabbar Khattak Deletes Facebook, Signals Shift Away from Social Media

Pakistani model-turned-actress Saheefa Jabbar Khattak has announced that she has deleted her Facebook account, hinting at a potential departure from social media altogether. Sharing the news on Instagram, Khattak expressed her desire to erase her digital presence, stating, “I truly hope that one day, I can erase all traces of my presence on social media—every naive, obnoxious, and poorly-thought-out interview, every photoshoot I liked, and every project that never had my part in it.”

Her decision reflects a growing dissatisfaction with her online footprint. While many celebrities use social media to engage with their fans, Khattak appears to be reevaluating her relationship with public platforms. Although she hasn’t confirmed plans to exit other platforms, her remarks suggest a shift toward reducing her digital visibility and distancing herself from the public eye.

Khattak gained fame as a model before transitioning to acting, winning the Best Emerging Talent award at the Lux Style Awards and Best Rising Star at the Hum Style Awards in 2018. She made her acting debut with Teri Meri Kahani and later starred in Beti and Bhool, where she received praise for her socially relevant roles.

After taking a break from acting, Khattak returned in 2024 with Rafta Rafta, portraying a strong-willed landlady in a new chapter of her career.
