The agreement was signed with the Singapore International Mastery Contests Centre and International Contests and Assessments.
Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah attended the signing ceremony.
Under the initiative, selected students will receive opportunities to participate in global academic contests. They will also be able to pursue international certification programmes through the new framework.
