An interim charge sheet was submitted last month by the investigating officer to the Judicial Magistrate South. According to the report, Sahir allegedly admitted to transferring money from drug sales into a bank account belonging to his father’s manager.
The court also summoned the manager, providing him an opportunity to defend himself. He was asked to present relevant bank records and documents to prove his innocence, but has so far failed to provide any financial evidence.
