Qatar’s Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, secured the top spot on the list. The ranking includes a blend of religious leaders, political figures, and social activists who have shaped the Muslim world in various fields.
Among the top 50 Influential Muslims, notable scholars include Maulana Tariq Jameel, Maulana Nazar-ur-Rehman of Tablighi Jamaat, and Maulana Ilyas Qadri of Dawat-e-Islami. These figures are recognized for their contributions to Islamic education, guidance, and outreach.
Political leaders also feature prominently, such as Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and Burkina Faso’s President Captain Ibrahim Traore.
Other influential personalities include Malaysian President Anwar Ibrahim, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Turkish intelligence head Ibrahim Kalin, Hamas chief Khaled Meshaal, and Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa.
From Pakistan, the list highlights prominent individuals including Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, media personalities Mir Shakil-ur-Rehman and Hamid Mir, religious scholar Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, former prime minister Imran Khan, Dr Omar Saif, and Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai.
