According to official reports, the suspects targeted the university student during her daily commute. They allegedly gained access to her mobile phone and took compromising photos, which they later used to blackmail her. Police said the men extorted jewelry and continued to exploit the student under threat of exposure.

The ordeal lasted for months, leaving the victim traumatized and afraid to speak out. Once she revealed the situation to her parents, the family immediately contacted the authorities. Police acted quickly, arresting both van drivers and registering a case against them.
