The hearing has been postponed until February 20 due to the unavailability of Justice Muhammad Bashir. This marks the second adjournment, as the previous hearing scheduled for February 10 was also postponed for the same reason.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed a reference in the accountability court against the PTI chairman regarding the 190 million pounds Al-Qadir Trust scam. It’s noteworthy that the PTI founder has already been convicted in three cases, including the cipher case, Toshakhana case, and illegal marriage case.
