PTI sees Nawaz's return as a major judicial test

In Islamabad, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) alleged on Saturday that the return of Nawaz Sharif, the convicted supreme leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), was the outcome of a concealed agreement. They emphasized that it posed a substantial challenge to the country’s judiciary.

Nawaz Sharif, the PML-N leader, is set to return to Pakistan from the UK on October 21, ending his four-year stay abroad.

The PTI made it explicit that the nation was closely monitoring the judiciary’s stance in the current circumstances and firmly stated that any form of “judicial protection” granted to “the convict” would be vehemently opposed.

The party called upon Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa to oversee the behavior of the subordinate courts and take timely actions to safeguard the honor and sanctity of the judiciary.
