Adidas Unveils Stunning UEFA Champions League Balls — Proudly Made in Pakistan

Adidas has revealed the official match balls for the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Women’s Champions League 2025/26 season. Both balls have been manufactured in Pakistan, continuing the country’s long tradition of producing high-quality footballs for global tournaments.

The launch came shortly after the conclusion of the Champions League play-off matches. According to Adidas, the designs reflect cosmic inspirations.

The men’s ball is based on the night sky, while the women’s edition takes inspiration from deep space and the Northern Lights. Both concepts celebrate football stars as they prepare for the finals scheduled in Budapest and Oslo in May 2026.

The men’s ball stands out with a gold and blue finish, decorated with hand-drawn zodiac signs that symbolize heroism and destiny.

On the other hand, the women’s ball features a dark purple background between white stars, enhanced with neon green gradients and flowing Northern Lights-inspired patterns. Touches of luminous pink and white stars complete the design, echoing the brilliance of outer space.

Both balls carry the Adidas Badge of Sport and the official Champions League logos, ensuring they reflect the spirit of the competition. Beyond their visual appeal, Adidas has introduced advanced performance technology.

The PRISMA surface, with its debossed pattern, improves precision, swerve, and grip. The thermally bonded seamless design enhances durability and consistent play on the field.

At the core of each ball is the CTR-CORE, designed for accuracy and shape retention. It includes a zero-waste natural rubber bladder reinforced with PES fabric for extra strength and stability.

The 2025/26 match balls are also the most eco-friendly in Champions League history. Adidas used recycled polyester, water-based inks, and bio-based materials such as sugar cane, corn fibers, wood pulp, and natural rubber. This approach maintains top-level performance while reducing environmental impact.

With this launch, Adidas continues to merge innovative design, sustainability, and performance for the world’s most prestigious football tournament.
