Australia is scheduled to tour Pakistan next year for a white-ball cricket series, confirmed Todd Greenberg, CEO of Cricket Australia (CA).
In a statement to the media, Greenberg highlighted the significance of sustaining strong cricketing relations between the two countries. “The series against Pakistan is a key part of our calendar,” he said.

Although exact dates and venues are still being finalized, the tour will include limited-overs formats such as One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
Greenberg also mentioned ongoing discussions about a possible future red-ball series, noting that both cricket boards are actively working to enhance bilateral cricket ties.
Recalling Australia’s historic 2022 tour of Pakistan — their first in 24 years — he described it as a milestone for international cricket in the region, praising the successful Tests and limited-overs matches held in Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi.
Additionally, Greenberg recognized the rising prominence of Pakistani players in global leagues, especially the Big Bash League (BBL), and expressed Cricket Australia’s commitment to welcoming more Pakistani talent into the competition to promote diversity and inclusion.
