Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has made significant changes following the national team’s poor performance in the World Cup, indicating a major shake-up within the cricket organization.
In response to concerns over the team’s underwhelming performance, Naqvi took his first major step by removing Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq from the selection committee.

Sources indicate that the decision to remove Riaz and Razzaq was influenced by their involvement in player selections that fell short of expectations.
Naqvi has expressed confidence in Muhammad Yusuf and Asad Shafiq, confirming that they will remain in their roles under the new committee structure.
