Kingsley Coman is officially on his way out of Bayern Munich, as the French winger prepares to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr in a completed transfer move — a story we exclusively reported last week.
The 28-year-old will leave Munich in the next few hours, bringing an end to a decorated spell in Germany. The transfer fee is understood to be just under €30 million, with Coman signing a 3-year deal with Al-Nassr.
While the move doesn’t carry the same shock value as some of the earlier high-profile Saudi transfers, it’s still a significant statement from Al-Nassr — who continue to build a squad filled with European experience and international pedigree. Coman will be joining the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mané, and Marcelo Brozović in Riyadh.
During his time at Bayern, Coman lifted every major trophy available, including multiple Bundesliga titles and the UEFA Champions League — in which he famously scored the winner in the 2020 final.
Bayern, for their part, are said to be satisfied with the deal, as they look to restructure under their new management. Coman’s departure opens up space for younger wide players and future signings.
For Coman, this marks a new chapter in his career — a shift from European dominance to helping grow the footballing landscape in Saudi Arabia, both on and off the pitch.
