Apple has introduced its largest and most advanced display ever with the Apple Watch Series 10, marking a major milestone in smartwatch evolution.
Unveiled at Apple’s annual event in Cupertino, the Series 10 features a new wide-angle OLED screen that is 40% larger than the previous Apple Watch Ultra, enhancing usability for wearers.

The new display, the largest ever used in an Apple smartwatch, improves readability and user interaction by allowing larger fonts and better visibility for emails and messages. The watch’s design includes rounded corners for a more comfortable and expansive viewing experience.
In terms of hardware, the Apple Watch Series 10 is 9.7mm thick, making it nearly 10% thinner than the Series 9. It achieves this reduction by downsizing key components, including the digital crown and speaker system. The speaker is now 30% smaller but maintains excellent audio quality, allowing users to enjoy music or podcasts directly from the watch without needing wireless earphones.
The Series 10 brings back Apple’s popular Always On display, which updates every second and even shows a ticking second hand when the wrist is lowered. The new Flux watch face makes use of the expanded screen with dynamic colors, providing an immersive experience for users.
Faster Charging and Improved Durability
Other notable improvements in the Series 10 include enhanced charging capabilities. With its new metal back for better cellular performance, the watch can achieve an impressive 80% battery charge in just 30 minutes. Additionally, it is water-resistant up to 50 meters, making it suitable for swimming and other water activities.
In addition to the standard aluminum casing, Apple has introduced polished titanium options for the Series 10 in three colors: natural, gold, and dark slate gray. These titanium cases are nearly 20% lighter than their stainless steel counterparts, offering durability without extra weight. The Milanese Loop and Classic Link bracelets have also been updated to complement the new titanium finishes, ensuring a sleek and cohesive appearance.
Sustainability and Performance
In line with its sustainability goals, Apple has crafted the titanium version of the Series 10 using 95% recycled materials and renewable energy. The watch is powered by the S10 SIP chip, which includes a neural engine that significantly enhances key functions like Siri dictation and crash detection, improving both efficiency and reliability.
With these enhancements, the Series 10 Apple Watch is set to elevate wearable technology by combining sophisticated design with cutting-edge performance, delivering an unmatched user experience.
