Saudi Arabia Debuts World’s First Gaming and Esport District at Qiddiya

Qiddiya City has unveiled plans for the world’s first gaming and esports district, aiming to position Saudi Arabia as a major hub for the gaming industry.

As part of Qiddiya City’s broader transformation into an entertainment and sports destination, the gaming and esports district will feature four state-of-the-art esports venues capable of hosting major global events.

These venues will have a total capacity of 73,000 people, with one of them boasting the world’s largest indoor LED screen in an esports arena.

The district aims to foster a vibrant esports community by providing facilities for up to 25 clubs and serving as the regional headquarters for over 30 video game companies.
