Elon Musk’s platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), now offers a new feature for its paying members that allows them to download videos, given that the content creators permit it. The announcement was made by Mr. Musk himself, who has been implementing significant changes to the microblogging site since taking over last year. Verified users are now able to download videos by tapping on the three dots in the upper right corner while in full-screen mode, provided the content creator has enabled this option.

Musk also revealed that they are working on a simpler method for downloading videos, stating that users will soon be able to do so by merely tapping and holding on a video, similar to downloading a picture.
Additionally, the platform has introduced a new feature that allows verified customers to hide their blue verification check marks. It’s worth noting that Elon Musk has modified the criteria for obtaining the blue tick; previously, users had to meet specific qualifications, but now they can acquire it for a subscription fee of $8 per month.
