Footage on X showed several German police officers pursuing the boy before taking him to a police car after he was apprehended.

One user commented, “Berlin police detained a 10-year-old boy for carrying a Palestinian flag. Disturbing and shameful, this is Germany in 2024.”
Another sarcastically remarked, “Brave Berlin police arrested the city’s most dangerous child. His flag was clearly a threat to the federal government, aiming to establish a Palestinian state.”
