Nine Punjab Bus Passengers Abducted and Killed in Balochistan’s Loralai District

A tragic incident unfolded in Balochistan, where nine passengers from Punjab were brutally shot dead after being abducted. The attack occurred in the Loralai district on Wednesday and has been linked to the terrorist group Fitna-ul-Hindustan.

According to Loralai Commissioner Saadat Hussain, the passengers were taken from a bus near the Dakai intersection on the National Highway. The victims had disembarked from the bus when armed men intercepted them. They were separated based on identity and later executed.

Two of the victims, identified as Usman Toor and Jabir Toor, were brothers from Dunyapur. They had been living in Quetta for work and were reportedly traveling home to attend their father’s funeral.

This attack is part of a disturbing pattern in Balochistan. Similar incidents were reported in Kalat, Mastung, and other parts of Loralai, where terrorists abducted several travelers from passenger buses.

In response, a large-scale search operation was launched by security forces in the affected areas. The Balochistan government confirmed the attacks and assured that operations are ongoing to ensure the safety of civilians.

Government spokesperson Shahid Rind stated that the forces acted swiftly and are fully alert. He emphasized that protecting the lives of civilians remains a top priority. Rind also confirmed that anti-terror operations are underway in all affected regions.

The government has vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice. Authorities have also urged the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement during the ongoing operations.

These tragic killings have raised concerns over growing security threats in Balochistan, especially targeting innocent passengers. The incident has sparked outrage and grief across the country, as efforts continue to restore peace in the troubled region.
