On the night of April 29-30, four Rafale fighter jets from the Indian Air Force carried out a patrolling operation over Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, staying within Indian territory, according to security sources. However, the jets reportedly turned back swiftly after being detected by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) aircraft.
Security officials confirmed that PAF jets promptly identified the presence of the Indian warplanes, leading to a rapid and confused withdrawal by the Rafales.

Sources added that the Pakistani military remains on high alert and fully ready to counter any act of aggression from India.
Addressing the ongoing tensions between the two countries, Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said intelligence reports indicate India could launch military action within the next 24 to 36 hours.
He accused India of choosing a confrontational path and warned that any military move would be met with a strong and decisive response. Tarar also criticized India’s unilateral actions, stating that Pakistan rejects New Delhi’s attempt to position itself as judge, jury, and executioner in the region.
