Olivia Vinson, a 34-year-old Australian fitness enthusiast, shattered the Guinness World Record for the most pull-ups by a female in 24 hours, completing an incredible 7,079 pull-ups. This nearly doubled the previous record of 4,081 held by Paula Gorlo since 2021.

Vinson initially doubted the challenge but grew confident after calculating the numbers. Her first attempt was cut short by a bicep tendon injury after 12 hours, but she bounced back stronger for the successful second try.

Despite extreme fatigue and nausea nineteen hours in, she kept a steady pace of five pull-ups per minute. Vinson said her record shows the power of pushing human limits and achieving the impossible.
