A couple in Jaipur, Rajasthan, found themselves at the center of controversy after being unknowingly filmed during an intimate moment in a five-star hotel room, visible from a nearby flyover.
The incident occurred late Tuesday night in the Civil Lines area, near the Bharat Jodo Setu flyover. The hotel room’s large, uncovered glass window directly faced the road, making the couple’s private act visible to passersby. Several people used their mobile phones to zoom in and record the scene, and within hours, a clip from the footage went viral on social media.

As news of the video spread, a crowd gathered outside the hotel, with onlookers halting their vehicles mid-road to get a glimpse, causing a significant traffic jam. The identities of the couple remain unknown, and no police complaint has been registered so far. Meanwhile, many social media users condemned the act of filming and sharing the couple’s private moment without consent. Legal experts have pointed out that recording and circulating such footage could be a violation of privacy and may fall under India’s cybercrime laws, putting those responsible at risk of legal action.
