Israeli airstrikes on a home in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza resulted in at least 26 deaths and over 60 injuries, including women and children, according to Al-Awda Hospital. The attack, which occurred on Friday evening, also damaged several nearby houses, as reported by civil defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basal.
Over the past day, Israel’s military launched multiple deadly strikes while besieging the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya and surrounding areas in northern Gaza.

One of these attacks, verified by Al Jazeera’s Sanad team, showed Israeli forces firing on a Palestine Red Crescent Society ambulance.
On Friday, Israeli forces stormed Kamal Adwan Hospital, killing around 30 people, including four medical staff, under heavy artillery fire and airstrikes, as reported by Dr. Eid Sabbah, the hospital’s nursing director.
Assailants, disguised in various uniforms and armed, instructed hospital staff to evacuate, leading to the deaths of patients and medical personnel.
Additionally, drones were used to target Palestinians within the hospital. Medical facilities and their personnel are protected by the Geneva Convention.
