Fans eagerly waiting for Pakistan’s first Netflix original, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, will now have to hold on a little longer. Initially slated for a June 2025 release, the series has been postponed, with its new premiere expected around October or November this year.

The delay, according to insiders, is due to final touches being made in post-production to ensure the series lives up to international standards. The creators aim to deliver a polished and powerful final product that resonates both locally and globally.

Based on Farhat Ishtiaq’s acclaimed novel and produced by Momina Duraid Productions, the project brings together an all-star cast including Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Sanam Saeed, Ahad Raza Mir, Hamza Ali Abbasi, and Hania Aamir, among others. Their presence has fueled massive anticipation around the show.

As the Pakistani entertainment industry steps onto the global OTT stage, this series is being seen as a potential game-changer. While the delay is disappointing, fans remain hopeful that the final product will be worth the wait.
