While the eclipse remains unseen in Pakistan, skywatchers across Europe, North Asia, and parts of North America will have the chance to witness it.

This marks the first of two solar eclipses in 2025, with the second one set to occur between September 21 and 22. However, like the first, the September eclipse will also not be visible in Pakistan.

As the eclipse takes place, the Meteorological Department has urged people not to look directly at the sun without proper eye protection, as it can cause permanent eye damage.
