Sabrina Carpenter Surprises Fans After Appearing in New ICE Arrest

Sabrina Carpenter has unexpectedly appeared in a new video shared on social media, despite recently criticising the use of her music in political content. The 26-year-old singer had earlier spoken out strongly against what she called an “inhumane agenda,” urging officials not to use her songs for such campaigns.

The issue began when former president Donald Trump’s administration posted a video on X to promote ICE arrests. The clip used one of Sabrina Carpenter’s hit songs as background music. After the video went viral, the Espresso singer publicly condemned the edit and demanded that her work not be used for political messaging. Following her comments, the X post was deleted.

However, the team later shared a new video on TikTok. This version featured actual footage of Sabrina Carpenter taken from her Saturday Night Live appearance with comedian Marcello Hernandez. The edit included scenes of ICE arrests mixed with a short clip of the pop star. The original SNL joke, where she said she wanted to “arrest someone for being too hot,” was replaced with the word “illegal.”

The caption posted with the video read, “PSA: If you’re a criminal illegal, you WILL be arrested & deported.”

Earlier in the week, Carpenter reacted strongly when another video used her hit song Juno. She called the edit “evil and disgusting” in a post that gained over a million likes. She also urged officials to stop using her music to promote policies she disagrees with, saying it goes against her values.

The first video featuring the Juno track was removed on December 5. But soon after, another clip appeared online, this time featuring a short scene of Carpenter herself, not just her music. The move has sparked fresh debate about political messaging and the use of celebrity content without permission.

Sabrina Carpenter has not yet responded to the latest video, but fans continue to defend her online and call for her clips to be removed from such posts.
