Both sides highlighted the historic significance of the 75th anniversary of Pakistan-China diplomatic relations. Leaders agreed to use this milestone to advance cooperation, particularly under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang appreciated Pakistanโ€™s consistent support on Chinaโ€™s core interests and conveyed New Year greetings to the countryโ€™s leadership and people.

As part of ongoing diplomacy, Pakistan, China vow to expand collaboration in multiple sectors, including trade, energy, infrastructure, and technology. Ishaq Dar will co-chair the two-day seventh round of the Chinaโ€“Pakistan Strategic Dialogue, which begins today in Beijing. The dialogue will review existing cooperation, explore new areas of partnership, and further consolidate the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar will also participate in events marking the start of the 75th year of Pakistan-China diplomatic ties. Both nations plan commemorative activities throughout the year to celebrate their historic relationship.
