Spotify has announced dance-pop artist Neha Karim Ullah as the Equal Pakistan Ambassador for the first quarter of 2026. The selection places her among emerging artists shaping Pakistan’s modern music scene.
As part of the announcement, Neha appeared on Spotify’s Times Square billboard in New York City on January 22. She was also featured across several curated Spotify playlists, helping expand her global reach.
Neha Karim Ullah is known for blending electronic sounds with dance-driven beats. Her music also carries emotional storytelling. Her featured track, Aao Toh Zara, has gained attention for its modern production and strong narrative style. The song has helped grow her listener base in Pakistan and abroad.
Spotify data shows her audience now spans multiple regions. These include the United States, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Canada, and the UAE. Millennials and Gen Z listeners make up 85 percent of her total audience. This reflects her strong connection with younger music fans.
Neha’s catalogue shows variety within the dance-pop genre. Songs like Modern Day Witch Trial (Mdwt) and Deewanay focus on energetic rhythms and movement. In contrast, Na Karoon highlights a more reflective and emotional tone. Together, her releases form a consistent and recognizable sound.
Speaking about the recognition, Neha said Spotify’s EQUAL Pakistan initiative plays an important role for women artists. She said it provides visibility, celebrates women’s voices, and inspires future generations to pursue music. She described her role as Equal Pakistan Ambassador as meaningful and empowering.
