Officials said the company launches the plan to manage more than 11,000 tons of waste across Rawalpindi. The work will continue 24 hours a day without any interruption.
RWMC Managing Director Rana Sajid shared details of the strategy during a press briefing. He said the system will be monitored through live CCTV cameras to ensure transparency and efficiency.
The RWMC also launches a parallel system for animal waste management during Eid. Around 145,000 kilograms of animal waste is expected to be collected during the operation.

RWMC also launches a dedicated complaint system through a 1139 helpline. The complaints will be addressed within 30 minutes to two hours.
A central control room with 20 officials will remain active around the clock. It will monitor operations and coordinate field teams in real time.
Special cleaning operations will also cover mosques, Eidgahs, and graveyards across Rawalpindi. The RWMC launches this effort to ensure cleanliness at all important public places.
Despite challenges, officials confirmed that the operation will continue without interruption. The company has also added mini-trucks to support older vehicles in service.
