Pakistan has secured a strong presence on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 list, with several young achievers earning recognition across entertainment, technology, science, finance, and social impact.
The annual Forbes 30 list celebrates outstanding individuals under the age of 30 who are making a difference through innovation, leadership, and influence. This year’s selections highlight Pakistan’s growing contribution to the global talent landscape.
Among the most notable names is Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, who was featured in the Entertainment and Sports category. Hania has become one of Pakistan’s most influential celebrities and recently crossed 20 million followers on Instagram, making her the most-followed Pakistani female celebrity on the platform.
Her growing international popularity and successful acting career helped secure her place on the highly regarded Forbes 30 list. Filmmaker Saman Kamran also received recognition, reflecting Pakistan’s increasing influence in the regional entertainment industry.
In the technology sector, entrepreneur Syed Ismail was honored for co-founding Karachi-based startup Saraaf. Established in 2021, the company aims to modernize commodity trading across South and Central Asia through digital solutions. The platform is developing tools that offer real-time pricing, shipment tracking, digital contracts, and communication services.
Saraaf gained significant attention after receiving a $5.3 million investment commitment through Shark Tank Pakistan in 2024.
Pakistan also earned recognition in the finance and venture capital category through Muhammad Furqan Karim Kidwai and Sarfraz Shahid Hussain. The pair co-founded Singapore-based Plouton AI, which develops artificial intelligence tools for financial operations.
Their platform helps businesses automate tasks such as payroll management, invoicing, and financial reporting. Both founders previously launched fintech company YPay Financial Services and are graduates of Habib University.
Another standout name on the list is scientist Maheera Ghani. The Cambridge University researcher was recognized for her work in materials science. Her research focuses on ultra-thin semiconductor materials and advanced technology applications.
Ghani also leads WinSci Pakistan, an organization promoting women in science. Her achievements have earned international awards and recognition from major scientific institutions.
In the social impact category, Fahad Shahbaz was selected for founding the Youth General Assembly. Established when he was just 18 years old, the initiative provides young people with a platform to discuss policies and develop solutions for national issues.
Shahbaz is also a recipient of the Diana Award and actively participates in the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community.
This year’s list demonstrates the diversity of Pakistani talent. From entertainment and entrepreneurship to science and civic leadership, young Pakistanis continue to make their mark internationally.
