Chery QQ3 electric hatchback has reportedly been spotted in Pakistan ahead of its expected local launch. The appearance of the vehicle suggests Chery may be preparing to expand its electric vehicle lineup in Pakistan.
Images of the compact electric car have surfaced following reports about its possible introduction through Master Chery Pakistan.
However, the company has not announced an official launch date or price for the vehicle. Earlier statements from Chery Pakistan indicated that the electric hatchback was being considered for the local market.
Chery QQ3 Returns as an Electric Car
The QQ name has been part of Chery’s global vehicle portfolio for many years. Unlike earlier petrol-powered versions, the new Chery QQ3 has been developed as a fully electric hatchback.
The latest generation made its global debut in 2025. It later went on sale in China in March 2026. International versions of the car are available with two LFP battery options.
The smaller battery has a capacity of 29.48 kWh and offers a claimed CLTC range of around 310 kilometres. A larger 41.28 kWh battery option provides a claimed CLTC driving range of approximately 420 kilometres.
The higher-output version uses a rear-mounted electric motor producing up to 90 kW. This output is equivalent to approximately 121 horsepower.
Size and Technology
The electric hatchback measures around 4.2 metres in length, giving it a compact footprint for urban driving.
Its interior also focuses heavily on technology and connectivity. Higher variants offer a large infotainment display and several driver-assistance features.
Pakistan-specific specifications have not yet been confirmed by the company. Therefore, locally offered battery, range and equipment options could differ from international versions.
Growing EV Competition in Pakistan
The Chery QQ3 could enter an increasingly competitive electric vehicle market in Pakistan.
Several automakers have expanded their electric and hybrid vehicle portfolios in recent years. Chery already operates in Pakistan through Master Chery and offers locally assembled vehicles.
However, the new electric hatchback has not yet been officially added to the company’s local vehicle range. The QQ3 could compete with other compact electric vehicles, including the Dongfeng Box.
Its competitiveness will depend on its final price, specifications and after-sales support in Pakistan. Charging infrastructure and battery support could also influence purchasing decisions among local EV buyers.
For now, the reported appearance of the vehicle has increased expectations about its local introduction. Official details regarding bookings, variants and pricing are still awaited.
