ISLAMABAD: The inquiry committee investigating the PIMS fire has completed its investigation and prepared its report.
The committee was formed on the instructions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Sources said it will present its findings to the prime minister today.

Noreen reportedly managed to rescue a newborn within eight seconds. She entered the smoke-filled room despite the danger surrounding her.
She said she was not thinking about her personal safety at that moment. Her priority was protecting the babies trapped inside.
The nurse also explained that she did not enter the room to become a hero. She considered her actions part of her responsibility as a nurse and mother.
Her courage has earned appreciation from people across Pakistan. Her actions during the emergency have also drawn international attention.
